Our teachers, Nancy Schacht and Marcia Cummings emphasize learning through play. We focus on helping children develop self-expression, social interaction, self-esteem as well as gross and fine motor skills.

Our preschool teachers are committed to building positive peer relationships and a strong sense of community within the classroom. This positive environment facilitates curiosity and active learning. As a result, students focus on individual interests and skills at developmentally appropriate levels. Class size is limited to 16 preschoolers, which allows us to maintain a 1:8 teacher student ratio. Each class of 16 also benefits from the presence of a parent helper. At Tree of Life Christian Preschool, all children are valued for their creative play, respected for their points of view and loved for who they are.
